Today is all about relaxation. After a week full of work and feeling a tad more stressed, I am looking forward to a workout event via Zoom, painting my nails a fun pink color, and seeing Mama Bear and Fox. I hope that your Sunday is filled with some cheer and sunshine!

1. Quality hand lotion. I do not have baby soft hands. In fact, I have to avoid doing dishes in order for my hands to not look raw and cracked. I discovered this lotion a few years ago and was bummed when it was only available during the winter months. However, it is now available all year round and it is incredible! Since we have all been washing our hands non-stop, I highly recommend investing in a tube.

2. Jeans. After working from home (WFH) for a week straight wearing basically pajamas, I put on a pair of jeans to dress up my attire this past Monday. The internet has its own opinion on jeans and WFH but it made a huge difference for me. At the end of my day, I changed into my typical lounge wear which was as simple and familiar transition from work to relaxation.

3. Colorful notepad. Another change that I made this week for working from home motivation has been using a colorful notepad to make a daily to do list. The boundary between work and home is very blurred. Doing laundry, cleaning our apartment and even keeping up with the day to day is even harder. Mama Bear put this notepad in my Easter basket. Instead of saving it for something special, I immediately started using it. It brings me so much joy each evening to make my list and then cross things off one by one during the day. Another great thing, it is double sided so I can choose happiness every day!

4. Stephen Colbert. I do not stay up late enough to watch late night tv. It also is more challenging since we don’t have cable. Lately though, Badger and I have been enjoying watching The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Youtube. We tend to watch it before bed and the at home set up creates a more intimate viewing experience in my opinion. I find myself laughing multiple times each episode.

5. 14 seconds of pure bliss. Really nothing much else to say than that. Enjoy :)
